These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The We Quiz app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service
The We Quiz is a daily quiz for two connected people. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it.
Your content
You own the answers and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content so we can operate the Service — including sharing your answers and points with the partner you connect to.
Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- The We Quiz may offer paid subscriptions that unlock additional features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and the app stores.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or its users.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The We Quiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
